2. Intellectual Property
All edited video content remains the property of the client upon full payment, except for any proprietary assets or templates owned by 1 Stop Edits Ltd.
1 Stop Edits retains the right to use portions of the final product for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Confidentiality
All client materials, including raw footage and personal information, are treated as confidential and will not be shared or disclosed without prior written consent.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request for sensitive projects.
4. Liability
1 Stop Edits is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the edited content.
The agency disclaims responsibility for delays caused by technical issues, incomplete information, or late submissions by the client.
5. Revisions Policy
The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment may be required before the commencement of work, depending on the agreement.
Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed project. Non-payment may result in withholding of the final product.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
The client is responsible for payment for any completed work up to the termination date.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in the jurisdiction of the agency’s registered office.
9. Force Majeure
1 Stop Edits is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions.
